    I purchased a small coach purse for my wife with the shipping insurance. The delivery was made to the wrong address. About a week went by and I didn't see the package so I logged in and found it was delivered a week prior. I contacted their customer service and found that they wouldn't refund me the money or send a replacement as their insurance that I paid for was only covered for 7 days after the delivery date.

    Do not purchase anything from this company online for Christmas if you dont know 100% that it will fit or work. They have a 30 day return policy, and will not work with you on that. So if you buy something on Black Friday, you cannot return it right after Christmas because your 30 day window is up. I purchased numerous things from them that did not fit and I was not allowed to return them so I am stuck with items that dont fit and wasted money.

    I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE PURCHASING ANYTHING ONLINE! I recently purchased a ***** bookbag and a louis ******* purse that they claim to be real but it is 100% FAKE!!! They did not resolve my issue and would not give a refund so I am now in the process of consulting for legal help so no one else gets taken advantage of because this company is a COMPLETE FRAUD!! STAY AWAY! I would give zero stars if I could!! User's recommendation: Avoid this company!
