    Current resident of a Scotto Properties apartment in *******. Scotto Properties is engaged in the shady behavior that is attempting to circumvent Florida Contract Law. In an effort to cover up the state of disrepair on the buildings, they are urging us as tenants to sign NDAs before we are allowed to leave. The damage sustained to the buildings is too much to repair, and water continues to come in through the roof and make tenants sick. These facts have been made known to Scotto Properties, but to date they ave failed to do anything that fixes the problem, or show any good faith in releasing us from the problem. Hundreds in additional electric costs resulting from commercial dehumidifiers being run off our power, is passed on to us. This company is a joke, and the way it allows the assists to fall apart baffles me.

    Honestly doesnt need a f****** star at all this place is horrible and because they didnt even let my husband and I have the proper 60 day renewal time frame horse s*** they pull they are expecting us to pay it. When we dont even reside in their dwelling anymore. They are wanting us to pay two more months of rent when we gave them the key and they promised to not give us anymore charges or anything. This is such a horse s*** company also not worth 2000 dollars for rent. Nah these people are crazy and will also harass veterans and other residents for not abiding by their policies. Yeah I wouldnt recommend it plus they will continue to charge rent until they can fill the vacant lot with a new tenant. If anything I want to go to court at this point and get all the rent they charged back.

    ---I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the management practices at **************** Apartments. My fiance, ***********************, has been leasing an apartment at ***************************************************. We are up-to-date on rent, and despite informing the leasing office on April 1st that I would be living with her, we were assured there would be no problem as long as we completed the application process.However, after going through the application process and passing a criminal background check conducted by a third-party screening service, I was denied based on unclear criteria. Despite my fiance's approval for the lease with her own criminal history, the leasing office now wants me out and is in the process of evicting her. This is unjust as my criminal history is over five years old, and I have demonstrated significant rehabilitation, including completing probation and a drug program successfully. Additionally, I am the owner of my own company, 360 Elite Home Solutions, and contribute positively to the community.The leasing office's actions are inconsistent and unfair, especially since I have no issues with my neighbors and pose no threat. The lack of transparency and the arbitrary decision to evict us after initially allowing me to stay is unacceptable. I strongly urge potential tenants to be cautious and consider these practices before renting at **************** Apartments.

    After four years of dedicated residency I was denied lease renewal for no reason. They have kicked out loyal tenants for no reason. The maintenance is horrible. They deny everything. The property manager is a smug racist. They came and purchased property here in ******* to destroy people's lives. Worst property management company.
