    I recently hired Universal to replace roof of my house including detached garage. The process with them is straightforward and pricing is transparent. Worked with *** on the pricing and scheduling of install. On the day of install, ******, ******* and the crew were prompt to start on time and was thorough and in its work. Clean up was also timely including dumpster removal. ******* helped clarify addiitional work done on the day of install and the complete work is excellent. Thank you.

    Great company to do business with! I called *** for a consultation, he explained roofing 101 very thoroughly. That said, we were able to go into a contract that day, and my roof was started about a week later and finished in 1 day. He shows up with a small army and they get right to it and don't stop till the job is done. *** is also very transparent with the progress throughout the day and points out other issues that get exposed once you start removing shingles. It was a pleasure to do business with Universal and I highly recommend them. I also appreciate the 50 year product warranty, and the 25 year workmanship warranty.

    Universal Roofing Solutions provided outstanding communication with me throughout the entire process - from sales to project completion. The quality of work during the roof replacement was exceptional. They showed up on time, delivered the dumpster and the supplies prior to start, and were ready to replace the roof as mutually agreed upon. The front office staff was very professional, returned phone calls, and provided the information requested. A supervisor was available at the job site and answered all of our questions every step of the way. There were no hidden fees - everything was transparent and spelled out in the contract. They completed the job in a very timely fashion. We would definitely recommend them and contract with them again.
