      There is no way to cancel services online and their portal seems to have been created to make customer interactions more difficult. They billed me an exorbitant amount several years ago and their *** kept making promises that it would be fixed until the credit card dispute period ended when they stopped ***lying. It was too much trouble to try to address the problem then, but, given my current compliant, I wanted to include it to inform anyone else who is being given the runaround by their ***s. I would give zero stars if I could.

      No stars (although per Review rules, I had to choose a minimum of one). They are the worst! Incompetent, rude and constantly raising their prices. Most recently a 35% monthly rise. When I TRIED to cancel my account, they took me hostage for an extra month's billing because they snuck that in the original contract which I never even saw.

      Poor customer service and overall disgusting work ethics. Worked with a third-party vendor to transfer services because the local area did not have fiber. BCN assisted with this process, knew we were moving out of one location to another, and then kept billing us for both.Be very careful for this company who is more interested in lining their pockets instead of doing what's right.
