    On 1/27/2023 my company signature ************* had a real closing with heritage abstract company we were issued a commission settlement check in the amount of $ ****** on a ****united account which was handed to a non employee or a officer of our corporation nor did they ask to see any identification. this check was fraudulently stolen & mobiley deposited into a **** of A ************ account this check was never verified it was fraudulently signed our procedure is to stamp our checks & deposited into our escrow account. both ****s ****united & the **** of america did not do there due diligence of verifying this check & how it was processed. i spoken to **************** a number of times on this matter along with a ms.************* who assured us that they would send us a replacement check in December its now june. we did make a police report. with the **********. police department detective *********************** ************'& ******* ************************* ************ we made all the police reports & filled out all affidavits of fraud with the ****s & police departments. ************ *************** did everything that was asked of us to do of all involved in this. I just do not believe that heritage abstract cannot reimburse us with a replacement check knowing a crime was done I also made a complaint with the occ. If there is anything else you need from us we will assist you.
