    I am retired and on a fixed income. In November 2021 I was told that I would get an appointment for extractions and immediate dentures before I moved to *******, January 2022. I received my appointment 12/29/2021. I went back prior to my move to ******* and basically was told that the remainder of the process I paid in full for could be completed at any other AD and probably for cheaper. I was told I had a credit of about $1K. Minimum to complete the treatment in ******* was quoted me at $8K. I made an appointment to complete my treatment in April of 2022, because they are the only place that do "mini" implants, drove to ** and received a call on the day of the treatment that the doctor broke her wrist and they would try to have another location finish the job. I was in ** for a week and my phone tag with the office was one way. I never received any updates regarding rescheduling at another location the whole week I stayed in **. I traveled back to ** I finally got a new appointment with the doctor in May of 2022, booked a flight and rental car. 5 days prior to my appointment, I sent an email asking if I would be coming back to ******* with my permanent dentures after the proceedure. The office replied, "We are unable to do anymore services for you at this time...A full refund will be sent to you." I have not received any money, to date, from that AD location. There's more to this story, but that will be for other agencies to look into. They only receive one star because you can not leave it blank.
