    Zero Stars! Waiting for resolution to my truck being ruined by the tech at **. Ephraim Dealership. First ruined the motor in my truck by faulty oil change. Second motor (Brand new) ruined by faulty install. No attempt by dealership to solve this problem. Insulted by rude and incompetent staff working in the service department. They made my 2022 truck a death trap.
