      I backed a project for books that I wanted as well as over 6k other people raising almost 1 million dollars for a project that was estimated at 50k. The finished product and delivery date was listed as July 2024. With almost no contact from the creators and than no response for months the company started to post "updates" on a product they said they just needed to adjust some stuff to months before. As of March 21, 2025 the creators posted that anyone who wants a refund could finally request one via email that they provided. So many of the backers just wanted this awesome product that they promised and have gotten nothing in return save 2 picture updates in the last year and empty promises. I and many others just want our money back or the product promised or to even hear a response from the emails we've sent. I do not want this product because there has been no response and date ship out and I just want my money back. We were also charged shipping with an updated email some months back giving hope that the product was done producing only to find out it's still not even half way done.

      I'm writing to inform you that the complaint I filed on 4/18/25 ID#******** with Dynamic Forces has been resolved. I received a refund on April, 23rd 2025. I had complained to the company multiple times and informed them I was going to finally file a complaint with the BBB if nothing was resolved and was issued a refund soon after filing with you. Thank you for your help, I hope the thousands of backers asking for a refund get their's as well.

      I purchased preorder comics from this company in 2021, and I never received them. I sent several emails to customer service with nary a response. There is no phone contact for this company. I spent almost $350 with them for order Order #*****-cusx-60240 and they have not sent any product and have stone-walled attempts to contact them. Complete scam

      I ordered two comic books from dynamic forces in 2021. After over a year of calling and emailing I have not received the books or any resolution. One order is 98705-cusx-60750 For example purposes. I just want the books I paid for. They are now more valuable over a year later from when I ordered them initially. I am not asking for this compensation only what I ordered.
