In July,*****************************,who works for Frank M Vaccaro and Associates, withdrew ALL of the money in my wife's **** ******* retirement fund, and gave it back to her former employer,***************,claiming that she wasnt "eligible" to be in the plan, even though she had been a participant for 7 years. My wife ,***** who is very ill physically, did not have the chance to even appeal the decision, since ***************************** withdrew the money on July 12th,26 days before the 60 day appeal window closed. To add insult to injury,**** ******* charges "inactivity fees",and Vaccaro and associates refuses to close the account. ***** called yesterday to request the account be closed, and as usual, ***************************** refused to come to the phone, shame I imagine....if I stole $4600 from a woman who was physically ill,I d feel ashamed too. *********** assistant ***** refused to close the account.

I am retiring early next month ,due to multiple health issues, and on April 4th,I sent my pension withdrawal application to Frank M Vaccaro's office. His office received the application on April 5th,but simply never aknowledged it.Yesterday I called to check on the status of my withdrawal, and was told by the plan administrator,*****,that I "shouldnt be in the **** ******* plan". Obviosuly that sounded rediculous, since I have been in the plan for almost 8 years now,and it was *************** who enrolled me in the plan. ***** then explained that the she was not going to process my request, and claimed that the Saker family, which owns the Shoprite where I am currently working, wants a "refund",and declared she was going to withdraw the funds in my pension plan ,and send it to them. The small amount of money in my **** ******* fund was going to be used for my medical bills. Frank Vaccaro and Associates are supposed to be representing me,and my best interests, not stealing from me to give to the Saker family.
