    On 1/9/24 I pledged $50 to help back a boardgame project for Dynamite Entertainment through the Backerkit website. The company ended up collecting $342,895 of the $50000 they were asking for. According to them they stated they were scheduled to deliver their game to their backers by July 2024. Since then, they have posted updates that the project continues to get some kind of delay. 5months ago they said the games were shipping from their factory, then they stated there were delays and then they said they shipping out in January 2025. Now recently they stated that they were given false information about shipping from their own 3 party partners. And the course of this time, they have started collecting money on another project, while this one still remains outstanding. when people have asked for a refund, there has been no response from them.

    I ordered a book which was back ordered. After a year of not recieving it, I canceled the order. I have contacted their support about recieving a refund for the canceled order, which after initially responding, they have not responded to several messages over the last month
