    Business Response

I am a claims Unit Manger at Admiral Insurance Company. I became acquainted with *************** after the handling adjuster left the company. I discussed this initially with Defense counsel on 07/11/2024. *************** was represented but her attorney was withdrawing from the case even though it was on the verge of settling. We had to wait for the court to grant that motion.

On 07/18/2024, I was advised  that  the court had granted that motion and we could issue  the check.  Her check  payable to her  was issued on 0719/2024 and sent  to our defense counsel, so we could get the release and dismissal signed and returned to us in exchange for the claim payment. *************** called myself  and *************************; AVP of claims several times over the the period of 07/23/24 through 07/29/2024 for updates.  We were advised by our hired defense firm that her check had been delivered to them on 07/30/24.  On 07/31/2024, *************** called me and I advised her that the courier would be delivering the check to her in exchange for the paperwork that day. She agreed and would provide the courier the paperwork we needed. Her check was in hand on 07/31/2024 and cashed on 08/01/2024.
