This is the most ridiculous company I have ever dealt with. We had three printers which we needed to return. After contacting the ******************** on how to do this, they sent letters stating the final payoff amounts that "represent the amount necessary to satisfy the outstanding contractual obligation". They also informed me to stop making monthly payments and to make sure ******** pay was turned off (because obviously, final payment was being made). Payment was sent (and checks cashed). And now they continue to hound me saying we're behind on our lease payments? What part of FINAL payment do they not understand??? Stay away from them if you can, but chances are you have no choice if your lease gets sold to them. Not nearly enough room to voice all the issues we've had with them during this return process. Oh, and be prepared to pay for the return of any equipment!!!Marlin Leasing Corporation

I have I thought reached an agreement to reorganize the loan and paid 10k more into it and so far nothing has changed. PEAC keeps hounding me that we are delinquent and about to go into collections. Meantime I am assured by the ****** that they are working on it and I will get new agreement soon. This is 2 months already and the left doesn't know what the right is doing. I'm very nervous now about the whole thing and losing sleep over it while dealing with serious health issues!Marlin Leasing Corporation

We purchased/leased an automotive alignment machine in 2019 from Strap-on and could get great service on a lease/purchase contract with Marlin Leasing and have recently been advised that the MARLIN LEASING is now PEAC SOLUTIONS. This is the worst business experience I have ever had. I asked Marlin/Peac to stop charging me the $35 per month insurance, because my business insurance covers my equipment and building contents along with customer vehicles. I was informed that the charge could be removed. TWO years later and it is still being deducted from my account. I have now paid $1900 in unnecessary insurance fees. At best I would rate this company as TERRIBLE. The only thing worse than their fees is the poor customer service. The people that keep calling me to "HELP" me buy more equipment are very friendly though!!. Their motto should be "**** over and we will give you some service with a smile"Do your research and know that there are MANY options that are better than Peac/Marlin "fleecing"!!!Marlin Leasing Corporation

I'm an attorney in South ***** that leases a copier from Marlin. Recently, collectors on behalf of PEAC have started hounding me. They claim I'm behind on my lease. When I checked my bank statements I noticed Marlin/Peac has been double billing me most months and also has been billing me whatever the h*** it wants. My lease is $ 107 a month (plus tax and $ ***** for insurance), but these clowns have been billing me at $ ****** per month, sometimes twice a month. Since the rebranding, it's been a nightmare. No one knows anything and you can't get a straight answer. Maybe that's their plan....in the meantime, they're double tapping my account. What really bothers me is that I've been on auto draft payment from the very beginning....so how can Marlin/Peac argue that I've fallen behind on my payments. These guys have zero clue and don't know what the h*** the left hand is doing. Let's see how quickly they refund my account for all the overcharging.Marlin Leasing Corporation

Warning...get the return instructions up front(WHEN YOU SIGN THE LEASE)...or you may end up being responsible to ship and insure the equipment across the country!!!!! We got 3 pieces of equipment from a company locally that we leased through Marlin Leasing. We had some billing problems throughout the 5 year lease term, but nothing big. However, now the lease is up as of 8/15/22...we notified them of our intent not to renew in March 2022 and that we would be returning the equipment at the conclusion of the lease. They acknowledged the receipt of non-renewal and said to expect a letter in August with instructions on the return. August came and went - no letter. We did get an invoice though to pay - I called them up and told them the lease was up and we have not received a letter with instructions on returning. They said they would get right on it. 2 weeks later they emailed a question form - where is equipment - verify serial numbers and is it in working order. Filled out and emailed it back the same day. A month later we get another invoice with big bold lettering across the top informing us that "YOUR ACCOUNT IS DELIQUENT." Really? so I called customer support informing them the lease is up and we are still waiting return instructions. They said they would expedite it. A day later we get the infamous "Marlin Return Authorization" form. We are required to pay for shipping and insurance to send the equipment to *********, **??? What? We worked with a local vendor -Advanced Business Solutions in *********, **. Now we are responsible to ship the equipment 2 states away??? To their reseller??? Very unhappy with this. AGAIN, MAKE SURE YOU HAVE IN WRITING WHERE YOU ARE RETURNING THE EQUIPMENT TO. THEY DON'T PICK IT UP. THEY MAKE YOU PAY TO SHIP TO THEIR RESELLER.Marlin Leasing Corporation

Update 10/26/22...Received another invoice today with big bold letters across the middle: "YOUR ACCOUNT IS IN DEFAULT STATUS." Interesting, our return instructions gave us until 10/27/22 to return the equipment. It is currently on a truck to *********** as I type this! This invoice is dated 10/24/22! Why can't Marlin put a pause on invoicing until the deadline is past? I can do that with my customers - it's as easy as checking a box on the customer tab in my accounting software. I called their number and hear the message that Marlin is now "PEAK SOLUTIONS," and their offices are closed for a "company wide event!" Great...Hopefully, they will be open tomorrow! I cannot wait to be done with Marlin capital solutions now known as Peak Solutions.Marlin Leasing Corporation
