Had a different doctor see my 80 year old grand mother. Her name is ********* ****** the **** and my grandmother stated something about how her medicine is working but not long enough so she asked if they can up the dosage in a sense. ********* looks at my grandmother like shes crazy then states that my grandmother can go somewhere else and that she was lowering her amount of medicine for the month which made no sense what so ever. Then saying you can take ******* or break them up to account for rest but if she read the file my Gmom is allergic to ******* . So i then asked why and she stated because she failed 3 tests in 2024 which they never told us throughout the year. So I explained how my grandmother takes brakes on her medicine when she doesnt feel the need to take it or goes over her sisters for a week or 2 and doesnt think about it . But she got hostile on us and told us if she wanted her dosage up she can go somewhere else or take ******* and I felt that was very harsh and mean to say to an 83yr old who has dementia so I asked to speak to a manager and she got the ************* came in acting clueless even after I explained what happen and she got disrespectful as well then the doctor came back and says we were terminated from their office meanwhile she was never our doctor to begin with. Seemed they didnt want us there I did record so I will be filing a complaint to them and parent company as well !
