    I used Array services early part of 2022. I was sent an email for consent in order to process medical information and after multiple attempts both using their website and calling their office, I was unable to get through to anyone.After a few months I was sent a bills to pay and again I made multiple attempts to contact Array to get it situated to no avail.Here we are over a year later and I received a letter from a lawyers office stating I owed Array $180.00 for their services. Besides the fact my insurance was never ran, the disservice that I received from this company is appalling. I had a doctor constantly upping my medication without much conversation, our phone calls lasted maybe 5 minutes at a time. Taking the medicine affected my health greatly and I had to then see another doctor who had to wean me off the medication and start me on another.
