      Weve owned our home for about a year now. we fell behind but got caught up except when we got caught up Anniemac took an entire mortgage payment and split it between different fees. so we are behind again. when we asked if they could fix it and put the money towards the mortgage payment, where it should have gone. we were told theyre not fixing it and we need to come up with the money to get caught up again or theyre moving forward. they wont fix their mistake we get letters that are completely different than what were told on the phone apparently none of the departments communicate so nothing will be the same. that is from one of their customer service reps. unfortunately we dont have an extra month of mortgage payment sitting around to send so theyre going to try to make us lose the house because they wouldnt put our payment towards the mortgage, where it was supposed to go.. no luck. we want to sell just to be done with anniemac business but have to wait another year. so disappointing:(.

      Annie M** *efuses to send me my insurance check back. The first one they lost. The second check was resubmitted and I have had nothing but issues with this company getting it back. Instead of trying to rectify they point fingers at the insurance company policy when it is proven to be Annie m*** policy.

      Horrible company, I have been in my house for only two years and in those two years my monthly mortgage payment has gone up and down three times. This last time has gone up by **** a month and their excuse is the tax department miscalculated my taxes. My taxes have not changed at all and home owners insurance has not changed either. So whats the excuse and I talk to one supervisor and the next one tells me that the other one was wrong. I wanted to sell my home to **** away from these idiots.
