      PHH Mortgage company has made getting thru the mortgage process so easy. The entire staff is ready to help guide you thru the process and is up front about what you can expect and what you will need to provide. The whole process is fast and smooth. But the best part is if you have a question, they are just a phone call away. Just a fantastic experience !!!!*****

      PHH Consistently took more than the necessary funds for our mortgage causing default with other bills and causing issues with our bank. When speaking with their customer ********************** they repeatedly told us the issue would be taken care of. This issue was not taken care of. The checks they said were mailed did not show up.

      Only been with PHH for a short time but so far everything is great. When i call there's usually a very short wait or i get right through. Everyone i've talked with is very friendly and answers all my questions, if everything stays like it is we'll be putting it at a 5 star.

      Really the services by phone that I have received from *** Employees has been excellent. All the time they are very professional, taking time for explain me step by step , easy to understand. ******** is amazing, called me back to notify my issue is resolved in two days as he said. The web site is easy to understand in details. Thanks PPP Staff for help us in this hard process

      I have found *** to be kind, helpful and patient with their customers. I would recommend *** to others. They are much better than the mortgage company we had before. Every staff member I spoke with was very kind, thoughtful and knowledgeable and I like that in a company. They were not rude in anyway.I give them 5 stars.

      I have had the worst experience with this company. I requested a forbearance for 3 months. I did not understand that the forbearance had not begun during that phone call. During that period, the company made minimal contact with my family. When I discovered this issue, we contacted the mortgage company and have been trying to reach an agreement since. The agreement has been denied 3 times due to "clerical errors". We have been extremely patient and have asked for step by step instructions to fix this. We have followed the instructions and continue to be denied. I will NEVER borrow from this company again and will be refinancing the second I am able. Forbearance was supposed to begin in October 2024, and we are still trying to resolve this in July 2025. Zero accountability and MONTHS of damage to my credit. I couldn't refinance and find a new lender if I wanted to. As a veteran, I am disgusted that this company even is used by the ***************************** for home loans.

      I have found PHH easy to work with. I have no complaints. They listen to you, they have been very understanding & patient, & someone is always there to talk to you when you call them. I find that very refreshing. I thank *** for being thoughtful & caring about their customers.
