I initiated a project to install solar panels on my home in May. Noah F. at Apollo Energy handled the process and contracted the installation through Convert Solar. I signed paperwork for a $20,000 system. Convert conducted a preinstall review of my roof and the plans had to be revised to a smaller system that was $13000. I signed documents for the change of work order and was promised a reimbursement for the difference so that I could file my tax rebate for the original 20K system. Noah F. ***** has failed to respond to emails or text messages. He has demanded I no longer contact him on the only phone number he provided. I can't get the company on the phone or to reply to email. I've had no update in months. I really just need the $7000 difference in system cost. I've recently contacted Convert for supporting documents but don't have them in hand yet.

In November of 2022 I was approached by an apollo energy sales representative to have solar installed on my house. I signed the contract because everything made sense on my end to go solar. I was told by the sales representative that he would handle my solar project from start to finish. From signing the contract to solar panel installation to turning on of the system. Since then it's going on 2 years later my life has been nothing short of a nightmare and I am now down thousands of dollars out of my own pocket and still do not have my solar panels operational. So a few months after signing the contract ( which is when I was told the panels would be making power by) I called apollo to find out that the guy who got me to sign the contract had quit and my paperwork was lost and forgotten, but that the issue was being resolved and a quality controll supervisor was taking over my project. Well now I was in touch with someone from thousands of miles away after being promised I'd have an in person representatives the whole time. Several more months go by and they finally sent someone out to simply take pictures of my project. Well it turns out after signing the contract I have to have a lot of electrical work done to my home and that they couldn't fit as many solar panels on my roof as originally signed for. Then I was told there was additional money in the contract to have to electrical work done. We'll it turns out there was not and I had to pay out of pocket and find my own electrician to do the work because they couldn't find anyone reliable or willing to do the work except a fly by night contractor who wanted to do the work for 1000$ cash and no permits. After all of this I contact apollo and they told me that they were now turning my project over another contractor who would be handling it from then on out. It's now over a year and a half later and my solar system is still inopperational.
