    Signed up for a class and attempted to cancel a day and a half later. No classes had begun. They did not allow any sort of refund. They claim that I signed a no refund contract. This is unethical and business dealing in bad faith.

    Per the language in our Membership agreements (Rules, Terms, and Conditions and Withdrawal) we require a 30-day written notification of withdrawal and our terms indicate that there are no refunds, credits, or transfers. Complainant agreed to the Billing Authorization, Consent and Waiver, Rules, Terms and Conditions policies on05/31/2021, 03:10:27 AM. Complainant agreed to the Withdrawal Policy on05/31/2021, 03:10:27 AM. The exception has been made and a refund of $82.50 has been granted to complainant for the month of December and annual membership fee.

    We registered our child for swimming lessons. We did not require any more swimming lessons after the last class he took. Before we decided to withdraw him from Goldfish automatically without our consent they continued to enroll him in a swimming class that he graduated from and completed already and they continued to charge our credit card on file without our consent. We contacted them and asked for a refund but they said that we only can get tokens for swimming lessons. They refused to provide a refund. Thank you

Per the language in our Membership agreements (Rules, Terms, and Conditions and Withdrawal) we require a 30-day written notification of withdrawal and our terms indicate that there are no refunds, credits, or transfers. Complainantagreedto the Billing Authorization, Consent and Waiver, Rules, Terms and Conditions policies on 6/28/2022 at 1:46pm. Complainant agreed to the Withdrawal Policy on 7/11/22 at 7:55am. Complainantwas enrolled into perpetual lessons beginning 7/18/22 and submitted their withdrawal form online 9/2/22 at 10:08am. On 9/1/22, complainantwas charged appropriatelyin the amount of $110 for the month of September. The exception has been made and a refund of $110 has been granted to complainantfor the month of September.
