    We had this company install Christmas lights which included removal. Here were are 4/25/25 and the lights are still on our house. Both my husband and I had left several messages with no response, texts, voicemails and ******** messages. We will have to fork out more money to have another company remove.

    *****, the owner of Law Rock Landscaping, had contacted my company to perform design services. It was our first time working with La Rock Landscaping and out of interest of the relationship and future partnership possibilities, we delivered the completed design to La Rock Landscaping within two business days. We had communicated a delivery date within five business days which should have started the relationship off well. From the time the first invoice was delivered, (6/22/2024) to today's date (10/16/2024), we can see that the invoice has been viewed over twenty times. We were only able to reach ***** a few times after the invoice was sent (within the first few days) which he then denied being able to view the invoice, even though we can confirm it was viewed from the invoicing software we use. After multiple phone calls, emails, and text messages after the first few phone calls, we have been unable to reach anyone at La Rock Landscaping. If *****, or any other individuals at La Rock Landscaping are unwilling to remit payment for an invoice totaling $150.00, imagine what they could do with a deposit of a few thousand dollars, or worse, even more. Based on another comment listed on the BBB site, it does not look like this is the first incidence. With the inability to write reviews on ****** or ********, there would probably be more negative reviews noting similar instances. As a fellow professional in the landscape industry, we would strongly advise not using La Rock Landscaping. This is a shameful act that drags professionals not just in the landscape industry down, but all service provider industries. We have since contacted our attorney to pursue legal action and would recommend that others also do the same if you have found yourself in a similar situation to this completely unprofessional service *********** is unfortunate that the BBB requires at least one star for a rating because it is very clear that a negative rating would be far more appropriate.

    Took the money and ran. Never completed the job when they said they would. Do not trust them. Never gave the money back.
