    This was my first order from Ink Genie. I decided to try them because their prices for toner cartridges were more reasonable than those of big box suppliers. I initially contacted the company with questions and found the customer service to be so helpful and so pleasant that I was confident in placing my order. It was delivered promptly with the toner cartridge well packaged and in perfect condition. I'm very glad I made the switch and will now be purchasing my printer supplies from this company.

    Ink Genie is my 'goto' place for my HP ink cartridges. They are consistently priced lower than anyone on the internet, including *************** and local office supply box stores. They are prompt with fulfilling my orders, packaged very securely, and they actually have in-store personnel that answer the phone when/if I call with questions. Who does that now days? I am more than satisfied with product and customer service. Thank you, **********************!

    I have had nothing but good experiences with Ink Genie. Ever since I found them through an online search (about 2-3 years ago), I have not ordered or bought elsewhere. Their prices are always the best I can find (I do price comparisons online) and their customer support is quick to respond and very personal. Shipping is quick too. I feel comfortable reaching out to ask any questions and each time I have, they have been so very helpful! One time I even got a call back when I had a question about an order.You feel like you are dealing with a friend rather than a vendor! At least that has been my experience! I have no hesitation in recommending them.

    HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I searched my exact printer name and their marketing ad let me directly to a product match on their website. I bought the product, and it didn't fit in my printer. I emailed their customer support, and *** (aka *****) on the other end basically accused me of ordering "in error". She said they would only refund HALF of cost and would stick ME with the shipping to return it. I even ordered again from them and politely asked them to do the right thing and refund me fully....they refused. Had they handled this the right way, they would have had a repeat customer that would have probably left a positive review. Instead, *****'s ego got the best of her and now her "family business" will suffer. Customers have a lot of options of choosing where they patronize, and shortsighted business owners that don't put the customer first will not get the *** they could have had. Shame.

After reviewing the correspondence between you and ***, it seems she did everything to try to recreate the incorrect search results you experienced. Further, she offered to provide a full refund if this was deemed to be an error with our system which ultimately caused you to purchase the wrong item and not a user error.Here is a direct quote from the message she sent to you: If you can show me what transpired with your search, I would like to have it resolved for the future. Also, if we determine that there is an error on our system, I would be happy to refund your full purchase price.Our return policy states that if an item is returned different than how it was sent then we will charge a restocking fee. Of course, if it was determined to be a technical error in search results, we wouldn't impose the restocking fee, which is why the need for more details about this situation.While I will not share your response for your privacy, I would like it to be known by future readers of this post that you had no interest in assisting us in trying to see how this error could have occurred so we could resolve it and, in turn, provide you a full refund for your purchase.This is a process we do with any customer that has an issue like you seemed to have had and others had no problem working with us to identify technical issues. Again, when issues were determined to be technical, we did ultimately process a full refund.Again, I am sorry you feel you didnt receive a 5-star experience, which we try to provide all of our customers, as evidenced by our over ***** positive reviews.
