  Deceiving and poor business practices as it relates to attracting new business. Be very careful what you say/ more so, how you say things as it may be twisted into something more.

  I am very unhappy with the service I received from Lawn Doctor Havertown, **. After having paid for the whole year in advance I learned through two subsequent mail solicitations from the same office that I had initially been charged for ****** sq ft, not ***** sq ft as I had actually measured and as Lawn Doctor confirmed in my follow-up calls with the office. I called Lawn Doctor for a price correction and they would not do it despite clear evidence that they were overcharging me. I then cancelled the service and they would not refund my money without charging me an additional $20 cancellation fee and also without a price correction on the first lawn service they had provided. The manager I spoke with on the phone was very unhelpful, refused to listen to the facts, would not correct the sq ft measurement even though I asked him to send someone out to remeasure my yard. Overall a totally miserable experience that I am now taking up with my credit card company. I would encourage interested folks to take their business to another lawn care provider rather than this company

  We are very unhappy with the services from our locally owned and operated Lawn Doctor. First off, they powered seeded with very heavy equipment and destroyed our lawn because they came out while the lawn had been rained on and it left huge pivets of missing grass, a very very unleveled lawn and a mud bath. I have emails indicating that the seeding is guaranteed, but too soon to redo and that they would be out in the Spring to re-do the bare areas. Guess what it's Spring and now they are saying " you need the ********************* This is exactly what you get when you support your local Lawn Doctor.

  Lawn Doctor did a terrible job in treating my lawn this season. They apply treatment to part of the lawn and charge you full treatment price. My lawn looks much worse after their treatments of 6 months compared to the start of my contract with Lawn Doctor of Somerset **. Their name should be Lawn Killer instead of Lawn Doctor. I would advice everyone who is looking for lawn service to stay away from Lawn Doctor. *******************

  I paid to have my lawn treated for weeds. What the company didn't tell me was these treatments would kill everything on my lawn leaving it bear. When I called to complain they told me I needed to have my lawn seeded. So they kill your lawn only to charge you more money to have the lawn reseeded. Lawn doctor guarantees a green lush lawn but they never deliver
