    I have contacted CKO kickboxing to cancel my membership since August 2023 and they keep charging my credit card eventhough I have text messages where they acknowledge the cancellation and confirm that they will stop charging

    I signed up for a 16 week challenge and the contract clearly states that when I have fulfilled the requirements of the challenge I am able to cancel as long as I provide the paper work to the corp from my local gym.
    I have done so and also sent the paperwork via registered post, but the getfitchallenge consultant customer support says they have not received. The post ofice says it WAS delivered.
    In the meantime, I am getting billed for each month and also havign late fees added.
    I am getting no help in resolving and I suspect they want to delay as long as possible so I have to pay monthly fees. My contract clearly states I can cancel anytime and I am not locked into a 12 month contract.
    Every week I have a back and forth with the local gym, the corp office and the customer service. the billing dept is unhelpful also.
    I have tried every means and nothing is working, so I feel that there is an unfair business practice going on. I have emails to shown I have done my due dilligence.

     I am happy with the resolution. The local gym is a fabulous business but the partnership they have with Get Fit is a huge disconnect and leaves the consumer bumping from pillar to post to get anything done.
