      on August 10, 2024, my mother *** ********, was assisted at NUVA SMILE, located at ******************************************************, for her appointment at 12:30 noon for extraction. The staff (assistant dentist) removed my mothers partial denture in order to do the teeth extraction, and misplaced her denture, by the end of the appointment failed to give back and told my mother due to the office's mistake a new denture will be order to replaced hers, weeks gone by and we received a denial letter for coverage from ********, however the bill was supposed to be handled by NUVA SMILE billing, not throughtg my mothers insurance. September 4, 2024, we found out about the mess the office is trying to do , and they are currently not being upfront of their malpractice. We need resolution and also investigation in this matter .

      On November 11, 2023, I went to NÜVA Smile AKA Cozy Dental in Ridgefield Park New Jersey. Dr. Khaled E try to perform a coronectomy, which is a procedure where only the crown of the tooth is extracted, and the root is left in place. He ended up performing a complete wisdom tooth extraction without notifying me that he was doing so, and in the process, he broke my lower jaw. I had to go to the emergency room and have emergency surgery. The surgeon wired my jaw, and my jaw will be wired for 6 weeks. I have not able to talk, eat or work. I have been in agonizing pain and on a liquid diet. I may have permanent nerve damage/Trigeminal Neuralgia and $24,220.00 in medical bills from the surgery and emergency room visit. I am looking for Dr. E and NÜVA Smile to pay for the medical bill I now have as a result of Dr. E breaking my lower jawbone and having to have emergency surgery. Dr. E has never contacted me or return my calls, since he broke my jaw.
