    Difficult to enroll. Received this upon trying multiple attempts all wil slight variations of same good info:"We reached the maximum number of attempts to enroll you and we're unable to automatically retry at this time. Please refresh and try again or contact us for further assistance if this message persists."No other help provided - just stuck - credit card charged - looks like a scam

    I am disturbed to read ***************** review since we can find no trace of ***************** subscription or his attempted subscription for our service.All of our data logs indicate no attempt was made or failed by him to subscribe. We received no phone calls from him to our **************** center (the phone number is displayed all over our website) and all calls are recorded.***************** credit card was NOT charged nor were there any attempts to charge his card (all steps of a credit card transaction are logged by our merchant payment processor).At ID Resolution, we value customer service above all else but this review would seem to be either mistaken or malicious since we have had zero interaction with **************.
