    Account number *********** I was seen in the **************** ER on 1/17/23 at ***************************; the bill has a $900 charge for an ultrasound however no ** was performed. I have been disputing this charge with the billing ***** since February with no progress. I have been repeatedly told a supervisor will call me, no one has ever called nor will they transfer me to a supervisor when I call. I have also been told each time I call (average every 2-3 weeks) that my account will reflect that it is in dispute and I will not have to make any payments until the dispute is resolved. I have received letters from HMH stating my account is delinquent & will be sent to collections if not paid in full. I immediately call the billing ***** each time I receive one of these letters, most recently on 5/3/23, and am told not "not to worry" and that it will not go to collections. This bill has in fact been sent to collections and I just received a letter from ********************** stating Hackensack is seeking full payment of $1,678.24. So now I am seeking help from the BBB in not only resolving the disputed charge for services not performed, but also in having my account pulled out of collections so it does not affect my credit report.
