      I used truecar.com to get the best price that I can on a vehicle. When I found one that I like I called into the dealership to make sure that they will honor the true car quote, and they said yes. When I got there the salesman was nice and met me outside for my test drive. I also had him pre-approval from *********** and I only wanted to do business with ***********. These guys still had me fill out a credit app just so they can pull my credit. Once that was done they started to add in fees on top of the true call quote. They also told me I will have to pay for the car to be considered a certified pre-owned vehicle. It was outrageous the way they lied to me and marked up the vehicle as soon as they ran my credit, even though I had a pre-approval from ***********.

      Dont buy a car here they are horrible hopefully I can stop someone from making a mistake

      I brought a 2022 outlander when I brought the car started to realize that when Im on the highway. The hood looks like its about to open. I contacted them and they said they was no recalls on it. I researched the issue myself and noticed there was a issue with it depending on when it was made. I got the hood replaced til now the hood still looks like its going to open on the highway. I also took the car there for a recall on the radio. Spoke with *** who seemed very helpful at first! As soon as I left the dealership on my way home to Brooklyn I noticed that if I unplug the wire from using CarPlay it mutes the whole radio. Where I have no sound cant shut the radio off nothing. I called 4 times left messages for *** he responded after I said I been trying to contact you and ur not returning my calls. He advised me to send and email on whats going on with the video. I did twice. No call to say anything. I called again and instead of showing me CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TALKING TO ME. He is giving the female on the phone things to tell me. I told her Im tired of the back and forth third party why doesnt *** pick up. I eventually had to speak to a manager. And he seem uninterested in what I was doing through. Was trying to get a Saturday appointment since I live in Brooklyn and work. They gave me all types of excuses saying they dont have proper equipment to do so on weekends. Another excuse was they only do oil changes. I brought 3 cars from them. This has to be the worst I seen..
