    In 2023, Rutgers sued me over an alleged bill that I had never received. I sought counsel, and was advised that due to being a state university, the house wins and their claim could not be contested. So we settled, and I made a payment of $1468.69 before December 21st of 2023. Now I am trying to purchase a home, and there is a ding on my credit report that claims I still owe them a balance. I am attempting to buy a home, and despite sending my settlement letter and proof of paid in full letter from my lawyer and RU's; the lender needs evidence that RU will move to take this off of my credit. I have spoken with student accounting numerous times, and have not heard back from anyone in the department with proof they will remove this from my credit report. The student accounting office confirmed I have a $0 balance, and I informed them, at length, that I am attempting to purchase a home, and this inaccurate information on my credit report is affecting my ability to close. If this cannot be resolved, I will be pursuing litigation for damages.

    While 1 year ago we attempted conciliation of an unmerited breach of an original contract by RUTGERS CAMDEN against its obligatory resolutions in support of the B.A.B.A. degree via Third Party Mediation, we now attempt to the identical, with possible finality on the conservative premise of a FULL REFUND of monies stolen by that vendor under False Pretenses, and Deceptive Principles, by dishonest reliance to which the Vendor had conditionally appropriated these purposed funds, labor, while also having enacted acute Fraudulence with regards to its handling of pertinent Transfers, in so doing substantially disordering, distressing, and dis-enjoining the lawful and intended Degree Resolution Path as consistent to the original, and subsequent commerce. Details regarding these issues are documented within the Mediation Reference Key document, and we are insisting to settle the issue of this Tort with a Clean REFUND of the stolen monies, in Lieu of Hostile and Adverse Litigation against the Responsible Breaching Entity from whom we shall be compelled to seek greater damages in proportion to the Time and Lost Opportunity contexts contingent to all aspects of the Breach. The purpose of this BBB complaint, therefore, is to initiate a REFUND based ARBITRATION with which both parties can be satisfied, provided CAMDEN concurs to VACATE its own original VOID transfers, and abdicates the delegation of an audit to the NEW BRUNSWICK registrar in line with the degree subsequently earned, and separately qualified, at no particular linkage or credit to CAMDEN.
