    I made a appointment to visit this place February 13 with my girlfriend. A hour before our appointment, I received a call from the Break Stuff stating the power is out and they had to cancel my appointment. They will refund me my funds and sorry for the inconvenience. Two weeks go by and no refunds were received. I called the business and emailed them with no response.

    About two weeks ago I booked a session for a break room with this business. I paid about a hundred and eight dollars after tax and even received a confirmation email and a follow up email with all the rules on what to do upon arrival. I received that email march first and march third upon arrival the door to the business was locked. I went to my car, pulled up my emails and saw the business emailed me an hour before my session to tell me that the power was out and that I would be given a refund. I messaged them back asking when I would receive that but I they have stopped replying. I went to google to leave a review and see that there are other people leaving reviews, experiencing the same thing. They have booked sessions to this break room and upon arrival, no one was there, and they received the same message about power being out right before the session. These reviews and my session are weeks apart, which means that they've known that their business isn't running, and they're still collecting people's payments, not providing the service advertised and not issuing refunds.
