    I purchased a burner for a fireplace from this company in December of 2023. Once we received the item we did not like the product and shipped back to the company. They received the product back December 22nd of 2023. I reached out to the company back in March stating I had yet to receive my credit. I emailed back and forth with a Rachael R. and was informed she had sent the information to the accounting department. Months have gone by and they yet have not helped me with this. I tried emailing another email I found on their site and a Carlos emailed me back. I sent him the tracking number and explained it as been over six months so online *** info in no longer available. I am assuming they might have to call *** to get this infor. Carlos responded by saying he would reach out to me within a day the latest. I have yet to hear back from Carlos. I received a call from Patrick about the email I sent he left a message and I called back and left him a message and I have yet to hear back from him as well. The total amount was $1,935 but the burner itself I believe was around $1,800. This is the tracking number for *** ******************. Thank you!

    Product has never worked as advertised. Calls, emails, chat, to the company resulted in no action. They continue to ask for more information, videos, explanation of problems etc… Many email explanation sent, no action. The “receptionist”, Rachael, is the only contact. She continues to say she has passed on info to the techs and can’t help it that they don’t respond. I have many, many supporting documents. No action.
