    They are really terrible and didn't clear the invoices from my company or me for 24 months pay, we are looking to file a lawsuit against them.

    Horrible and scammy company! They are NOT realizing and NOT paying my husband for the past 5 months (They owe him payments for the months of January-February-March-April and almost May)! My husband is constantly contacting them by e-mail for the past 2 months demanding his payments, and they are NOT even answering emails, They are just ghosting him! My husband works for TCS and IT Trailblazers is the company they use to pay him, we know TCS already paid them to pay my husband, so IT Trailblazers are stealing my husband's money.DON'T WORK FOR THEM! DO NOT USE THEM! They delay payments and even steal you money!

    IT Trailblazers, LLC was hiring for a contract position as an Automotive CAD Designer. The job posting listed a pay range they were offering as $40 - $50 per hour. However, when I was contacted by their hiring person, they informed me that the most that they could pay was $25 per hour. Based off the job qualifications for this position, the range of $40 - $50 per hour is appropriate. When I was discussing this with them, they were firm on the $25 per hour maximum pay. I tried to contact someone higher ** in HR and was told by the operator that the person I spoke with was the only person available. Therefore, there is no way to resolve this issue. The job board site said I was an excellent match for this posting. It is very discouraging to see the job that is ideal and the agency that you are trying to work with is not properly prepared for hiring people ideal for the position, I say that because I retired from the company that is the client they are trying to hire for. I wish them all the luck in the world to find a candidate that will take this position at $25 per hour, as they are going to need it.

    I received a hiring spam email from them. I tried being nice and let them know where they might find that kind of niche developer. Within a day, I received multiple spam messages from three different accounts on their domain - all the same body text, all for the same job. This is not the kind of company I would want representing me to potential employers.
