    The mover picked up the items in early Aug and didnt deliver until the end of Sept, the original estimate was ***** and waited until they day we needed to be moved out and double the price and couldn't take everything we had. Delivery was delay. We were told we'd get a discount but that was a lie, and even though the contract said they expect money order they refused to take out money and threatened to not deliver the items ever unless we paid cash. Several times we asked for emails, but they never sent any of the information via email.

    This is in regards the complaint bearing ID # 18122614. Please find below our response.

     

    We cannot locate the customer with the name *********************** in our system. We tried to track with the contact details (E-mail & Phone no # ) mentioned in the consumer information but we could not track it.

     

    We are assuming it is not one of the customers that we moved, however, having said that if we can get details like (Estimate ID or Job ID ) we can track and check if it is one of our customers.

    Used US Relocation *** to broker a move for my household goods from ***** ******* to ******, *******. On 6/26/2022 Items were picked up from ****, ******* after having the original date of pick up to be on 6/24/2022 and they were unable to come the original pick up date. The deposit was paid prior to the move, and the pick up payment was paid at soon as it was made available had to keep calling to get the invoice to not delay delivery. As of 8/8/2020 still have not had any delivery of items and keep getting different dates as to when delivery will occur that never happen.

    This is in regards the complaint bearing ID # 17689006.

     

     

    We initially had the pickup date as 06/24/2022 but because the assigned carrier had a truck breakdown and we had rescheduled it for 06/26/2022.

     

    Since we are a brokerage company, we assigned Marshal *** Lines as the carrier for the move.

     

    Marshal *** Lines picked up the belongings on 06/26/2022 and as per our agreement, we were supposed to deliver the belongings in **** business days but due to unforeseen logistical circumstances, the delivery was delayed and we sincerely appreciate ******************* for being cooperative throughout, we were in touch base with him but most of the times, we could not provide him with a delivery update.

     

    However, Marshal ********* delivered his belongings on 08/10/2022 and as a token of apology, we offered him a discount of $234.50 for the delay.

     

    Once again, we appreciate Mr. **** for being considerate and understanding throughout his transition and sincerely apologies for all the inconvenience caused during his transition.

     

    We hope and request him to accept our response and withdraw his complaint against us.
