      I obtained their services in Oct 2021 to help me with a workmans comp claim and at first my lawyer ****** ***** was great he got me all my back pay he kept in touch and let me know what was going onbut for like the past year everything changed and getting my lawyer to just call me back took me making 10+ phone calls and it sometimes took months to get a response. Then last month I got a call from another attorney at the firm. He asked me some questions and was really informative and optimistic about the last phase of the process. He said I would be having court at the end of the month (***** 2025) but he said hed be in touch with me about 2 weeks from when we spoke (so hed be calling me mid *****). Mid ***** came and went and I called once or twice, but I wasnt stressing and figured hed instead call me after my trial (he said I didnt need to be present for it). But by the beginning of May I still hadnt heard from him. In the last 2 weeks Ive probably left about 10 messages on his phone, I contacted his secretary ***** many times and I even contacted and spoke to someone at the main number. ***** did finally respond to me last week and said she would pass the message to him and have him call me, but I still havent heard from him.I just want to know whats going on with my case. Its been over 3 years and regardless of whether its good or bad news I just would like my lawyer to call me back. Even if he has no news, if he could just call me and let me know that would be awesome.

He spoke with you at the end of March and explained that we are waiting on the Respondent's attorney to respond and that could take until the end of April. We have tried to respond to each of your messages, but when someone answers the number given, they just say Hello and hang up.  We also emailed you at the email address provided.  We want to assure you that we are on top of your case.
