    I placed an online order Jan. 8 and since Jan. 15 been trying to get a return label by email from them. I called customer service 3x who passed my concerns along (they told me they can’t send me a return label) AND emailed them via their website contact form 6x! Each reply is automated. It seems impossible to get a return label from them! Have no idea what is going on. Their return portal keeps replying with “Unfortunately we are unable to complete your return at this time. Please try again later or contact us here.” Don’t know how anyone can do business with them as customer service doesn’t exist.

    Order placed 1/9/25, received order confirmation email but order did not show up in my Blundstone.com account. Never received shipping confirmation email. Received boots 1/18 (never received shipping confirmation email, order doesn’t appear as shipped on Blundstone site). I need to return due to size. Because order was not properly processed in their system, I cannot start a return using their online return system as my order still shows up as “processing” rather than shipped or delivered. Representatives are completely unhelpful- said they were sending me a *** return label and didn’t, then continued to refer me to the returns system I told them many times I am Unable to use. I opened a ****** dispute, I still have no return shipping label and thus no refund- nearing end of their return window and no resolution can be reached. Horrible first experience and horrible customer service. Call center is staffed by remote receptionists with no answers who work with many companies answering calls and forwarding messages to Blundstone who then don’t do anything about issue. I want my money back. I paid for an item i received and want to return and Blundstone is making this impossible- insulting. Cannot reach anyone able or willing to assist.

    A dispute has been resolved and closed. -$202.77 Transaction amount Settlement of a chargeback.. This is one of the customers who ordered through ****** during that week where customer did not receive confirmation emails, nor tracking. As such, the system did not recognize the orders shipped and we had to send call tags. Tracking shows this one was returned with a call tag and received on 1/23. I checked all the return scans the warehouse has sent me for the last 2 weeks and I do not have her in with the scans. It is possible the warehouse has not gotten to open this package, and quality checked this return yet.

    Order #********* On 12/13, I received an email that my return was received and I would receive a refund of $386.67. I only received a refund $229.24 on 12/25.I emailed the support page on 1/6, 1/10 and 1/12 and have heard absolutely nothing. Where is my refund of $157.43?

    Received an order for 3 pairs of boots, returned two of the 3 the next day. Received confirmation email from Blundstone that both boots were received (12/8/2023) and a refund would be issued. This has not happened. A lot of people on social media are experiencing the same thing. Order number is *********. Im expecting a refund around $400. Cannot reach them.
