    I purchased a custom website on April 04,2022 for $4000 from Design Astero (see attached contract). The agreement was to complete the project by June 2022 however they did not complete the project. They agreed and promised that if I'd pay an additional $1200 php upgrade fee they would have the project completed by the first week of August 2022. On May 20, 2022 I paid the $1200 for them to expedite the website to be completed by the first week of August 2022. Again they did not meet the agreement. The website was declared by Design Astero complete on November 04 2022. However I did not agree because certain functions was not working correctly. Starting in September of 2022 I began inquiring about a refund for the $1200 because they did not render the services I paid for. They agreed to pay the refund multiple times but did not do so. I continued asking for several months and they claimed each month they would refund me but did not. Finally I put pressure on them that I would contact the BBB if they didn't, then finally on November 2, they sent me a fake refund of payment receipt stating I would receive refund within 10-15 business days. They still have not refunded me. There is still so much to say but I don't have the space to tell it all. Ever since I have started the relationship with Design Astero I have under went so much pain and suffering, They have put me through so much emotional strain and stress and caused months of delays in the start up of my new business. To continue, they emailed me the credentials' to the back office of the site. However since I have put pressure on them for the refund of the money on December 9, 2022 they locked me out of my website and refuse to hand over my credentials to use the back office of the site until I agree to their new terms which are different than the contract I agreed to. I really need to discuss this situation with someone personally. It is starting to get out of hand.
