    I had a PPP loan with Ready cap Lending. It was forgiven by the *** and Ready Cap took payments out of my account totally more than **** in payments, fees and interest. They will only repay the payments and the fees that occurred because of their doubling dipping of *** funds.

    I applied for a SBA Loan with ReadyCap Lending, LLC for help with funding for my business, however when I was offered a contract for credit, I accepted the terms in good faith and supplied all the information including but not limited to my persons credit card information (Social Security Number) and personal information and I was denied access to credit based upon information that was obtained from a credit report which is a violation of 15 U.S.C Section 1681m(a). Also ReadyCap Lending, LLC discriminated against me and my business based on information obtained from my persons credit report.I can not be denied a extention of my own credit as I am the source of all credit in this transaction and ReadyCap Lending, LLC shall be held accountable and subject to all laws that was broken.I as a benificiary of the agreement that I accepted by my signature, I should have been granted access to the use of my credit by ReadyCap Lending, LLC (Trustees) and based upon our agreement, they are in breach of trust and thier fudicary obligations. I hope this situtation can be remendy buy said agents without going to court for breach of contract by said agents and a credit report shall not be a reason for denial of credit based on finding that are inactiurate as this report reflects that I am a cooperation and a artifical person in law and does not state my name or my identity as a living man.However it does identify a trust name that was created at my birth that resemble my true name. So by them using this report to verify my credit worthyness is actually depriving me my right to be a man and the use of my unlimited credit or my right to claim my national status as a moorish american and not a so called black person.
