    We called ******** Appliance in ************** to repair a filter head on our fridge. When the repairman replaced the filter head and reattached the water line, he broke the piece that screws into the hose. He failed to check for any leaks and pushed our fridge back into place. The water hose/line then leaked water for 10 days before we noticed our hardwood floors buckled. Water was also leaking down our subfloor into our basement and carpet. We called them to repair it immediately but the repairman lied saying he didn't cause the damage. Then owner also told us he doesn't care and it's our problem and not his. He caused $32k worth of damage to our hardwood floors, kitchen cabinets, basement carpet.

    We have used them many times in the past as they are local and we always support local when possible. We had a tech come out 4 weeks ago for the water dispenser on our GE Monogram and in fixing one issue it appears he may have created another. The primary issue was replacing the water dispenser lever and after replacing it the water would continue to dispense even when the lever was not pressed. I called them back to have another tech come out and take a look at it and immediately he started to blame me for it all as if i did something to cause the second issue. He also assumed I was trying to get something for free even though I noted numerous times I would pay for it as I just want the issue corrected. At the end he said it is best we part ways and refused to send someone out leaving me stuck without a working water dispenser after already paying $300 to start the job. I asked to speak with someone else as maybe the tech was having a bad day and he refused to transfer me as he said he had on his notes many people have looked into your issue and all will give you the same answer.
