    This company is Dishonest and shady. They covered up an accident that happened in their parking lot with my car when I left it for 2 days a week and a half ago. After a delayed and turbulent flight from a snow, ice and wind storm, We came home in the frigid cold at 1:00 am exhausted and didnt inspect my car after leaving it . When I took my car out of my garage I discovered the whole right front grill guard was gone with an inside piece hanging off, and a large deep gauge out of the bumper. When I asked why it wasnt reported to me , the phone attendant defensively said I should have reported it in the lot . I asked if they had cameras as they could see that the damage was done while in their possession and he asked me where I stopped after leaving their lot. They knew it happened there and didnt report the accident to me. When I reviewed it on their site they said the review would have to meet their criteria before it posted . It was never posted . They could have done the honest thing and looked at their cameras to see that it infact happened in their lot . This company is so dishonest and corrupt .
