    In March of 2025, my acct was charged pet fees for no reason. I called the office to find out why I was charged when Ive had my dog since I moved here in May 2024.The office *** directed me to the prop Manager, *******. She came across as very frustrated&overwhelmed. She said that she could not find my *** letter on file which I provided in May 2024. She asked me to resend the letter. It made the management appear unorganized&incapable. once I found the letter, I sent it to the ******* but no changes to my acct. I called ******* to ask why the fees still show&it was the most unprofessional conversation Ive ever had. She began the conversation with unnn unnn, not today!&constantly put me on mute while I was reminding her of the issue. She acted as if we never had several convo/emails about the resolution. She said she was going to have the accountant call me but no one has called me to this day. I called then emailed ******* letting her know that no one called&that the fees still on my acct. I asked to speak to owners callShe said that I could call the BBB&whoever else I wanted to call.Around that same timeI saw a mouse in my apt. I immediately submitted a maintenance request which was never addressed so I submitted a 2nd one a day or 2 later. I also sent an email to ******* letting her know her know but never received a ***ly so I called. She told me I had to wait a week or 2 for someone to come out. That was extremely unacceptable for my family&I to live with a rodent for that long. My child was terrified to the point of bed wetting. It caused her to become anxious &temp removed from our home.I told ******* that was not acceptable&I would call an exterminator&forward the invoice to the prop manager. She Said she would have someone come the next day.The next day, maintenance came to my unit&added a metal blocker to the bottom of my front door. That was all. I was told that I still had to wait several days for the exterminator to come address the rodent issue.
