    Never answers the phone or returns phone calls after a plethora of messages were left. Trying to get my $500 deposit back. What a nightmare!

    How is it possible that PF Holdings has an A+ rating with BBB? The owners of this company pocket hundreds of millions of dollars in HUD assistance funding while residents live in deplorable and unsafe conditions while in fear that at any moment their water or electricity will be turned off. This scenario is seen at PF Holdings properties nation wide. Utilities being disconnected or pending disconnection at all bills paid properties for non payment, local contractors refusing to work on the properties because they cant get paid and owners are nowhere to be found. Meanwhile apartments sit burned to the ground, flooded with sewage, water running down the street from leaks, no working air conditioning and no security lighting so crime can run rampant. When tenants try asking for help their requests are ignored. When everything reaches a boiling point and the 11th hour approaches, each property is under new management overnight. What people dont realize is the new management company is also owned by PF Holdings.
