    I was in a motor vehicle accident on 01/30/2023 i called my insurance and informed them about it. At the time of the accident while the cops came there was a guide that own a tow truck my car needed to be tow its my first time involved in a motor vehicle accident i ask if they work with the insurance company because my insurance was going to pay for repair he said yes so he towed my car to his location i gave my insurance the information of the company they paid them to get my car fixed when i picked up my car it was on empty no gas thank god i made it on empty 0 miles left to a gas station. after driving my car my window will go up and down on its on when i try putting opening or closing it, my brakes were not grabbing and it had a weird noise i took it back to them they fixed my window but the brakes and the noise was still there i took it again and they said it was good that it was fixed but it wasn't i told i call **** the tow truck guy and told him it still had the problem and he said that the problem wasn't from the accident that it was something else i told him im taking my car somewhere else because you guys are not doing your job and you guys gonna have to pay for it i took it somewhere else when the mechanic checked it it was missing a part on the brakes he told me lucky i didn't have another accident and he fixed my brakes and had to change a piece that was needed to be fixed the mechanic that fixed it told me that if i kept driving my car the way they fixed it it would've broke down on me so i called **** he told me bring me the parts that they changed and told him i had the receipt for what they did and he said that that was not his problem that he's not paying nothing. i pay out my pocket $550.00 to the other place i took it but he doesn't want to take care of it. I need help
