    1st time i went there for an oil change shortly after i had to take my car to the dealership and was told my car has an oil leak due to the tech not securing the oil cap all the way. I gave them the benefit of the doubt Second time i went there for an oil change my reliable and well taken care of car started making knocking noises after a month. I went to the dealership again to learn that that i had 0 oil in my car and almost destroyed my engine.Only after did i learn theyve destroyed multiple cars. keep your receipts when you go there and sue them for everything theyre worth if they destroy your car

    I'm sorry you had issues with your vehicle but that doesn't mean we were at fault. If you called us we would have asked you bring the car back to the facility and have it checked with no problem. Please keep in mind we have been in business for 40 years. I don't think we would be in business for this long if these allegations were truthful. We take pride in serving our customers and if a problem arises we are more then happy to look into it. Thank you

    ************WARNING***********I GIVE THIS PLACE NO STARSTHIS PLACE TAKES ADVANTAGE OF ELDERLY WOMEN. MY MOTHER WHO IS 75 BIT DOES NOT LOOK IT AND IS IN HER RIGHT STATE OF MIND BUT TOO TRUSTING CAME TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT TO GET A OIL CHANGE SINCE IT WAS **** AND SHE NEEDED ANTI FREEZE WHICH SHE KNEW WAS LOW SO WHY NOT JUST GO GET AN OIL CHANGE SO THAT ALL OF THE FLUIDS WILL BE CHECKED AND FILLED.KEEP IN MIND SHE KNOWS HER TRANSMISSION IS SLIPPING BUT THE *** STILL RUNS FINE. THEY KNEW IT IF THEYRE KEEPING RECORDS OF THE VEHICLES THEY SERVICE THEY KNOW THE LAST **** YOU WERE SEEN BY THEM.ON HER RECEIPT THEY PUT THE LAST **** SHE WAS SEEN BY THEN WAS THE **** OF 2023 LOL SHE WAS THERE TWO MONTHS PRIOR TO THIS DAY IN THIS MONTH OF APRIL. NORMALLY THE ***** IS THEY TAKE YOU DOWNSTAIRS TO SHOW YOU THAT THERE IS A PROBLEM SHE SAYS SHE WAS NEVER TAKEN BELOW TO SEE UNDERNEATH THE VEHICLE WHEN SHE WAS JUST TOLD HER *** WAS LEAKING ANTI FREEZE (THERE IS NO LEAK AT ALL)BY THE **** THESE PIECES OF GARBAGE WERE DONE THEY HAD A BILL FOR HER FOR $294.
