      On March 27, 2025, I attempted to purchase the Superfast Portable Bottle Warmer from [Company Name]'s website. The site prominently displayed a "Spring 2025 Sitewide Offer", yet no discount was applied to the item when I added it to my cart. I reached out to customer service for clarification, but they informed me that the item was not included in the sitewide offer. This is highly disappointing and misleading, as the advertisement suggested that all products were eligible for the promotion.I believe this constitutes false advertising,

      We received the Baby Brezza Sterilizer and Formula Pro advance at our baby shower. The Sterilizer only worked for about a week before it stopped drying the bottles. The Formula Pro Advanced quit working after 5 months. Baby Brezza rejected our warranty claim based on a Lot Number that was more than a year past even though we only had the machine for 6 months. I wouldn't buy any Baby Brezza products. They don't stand by them or warrant them correctly.

For warranty claims, we require proof of purchase to verify the date of purchase. All of our products come with a 12 month warranty. Without this documentation, we default to the manufacturers date to determine warranty eligibility. This helps us manage warranty claims fairly and accurately.We value your feedback and are committed to improving our products and services.

      Shortly after purchasing their product it started to give an error mid dispensing. After my initial call to customer support in June they told me to send the lot info, receipt, shipping address and picture of error code. I did all that on July 7. I heard nothing and followed up on the 13th. On July 17 they finally responded just to re-request everything I had sent them. I resent and have heard noting since despite following up. Today I tried to call and was put on hold while someone "looked through my file". 30 minutes of being on hold later I finally hung up. I tried to call back but can't even get through to someone anymore. Absolutely do not buy the Baby Brezza. It is a faulty product and the warranty means nothing. They will ghost you and refuse to honor it. Now I am stuck with a $200 warm water dispenser.

      I got a milk/bottle warmer as a gift for a friend from her registery. I first attempted to order from their site rather than ******* but never received a confirmation for my order or tracking information. I emailed I emailed to inquire about this. I never received a response. I realized that I listed my own address as the shipping address, but wanted the product delivered directly to my friend. I emailed them to inquire about changing the shipping address before it was "confirmed". I never received a response. I decided to call. The first time, I was bizarrely asked, "Are you over 50? If so, you can be entered a chance to win ..." I clicked the option for no. I was directed to someone saying, "Congratulations, you won!" and they begun to give me a spiel about the product I had "won". I hung up. I went back to their site and entered the number listed (turns out it was in fact the right number the first time) to call again. This time I was directed around and around with automated prompts, and then I was hung up on. At this point, I decided I would just cancel the order and order through ****** instead. I emailed to cancel the order ... sure enough. No response. Finally, I got a notification (many days later) that the order had been shipped, and someone finally responded to an email essentially saying, "Sorry you have to return it now." So the product is delivered to my house, and there is no return information. I email them about returning - they do respond and tell me to make an account on their site, access my order history, and I can request a return there. Guess what? There is a "Return" column in my order history, but no ability to initiate a return, nothing to click ... nothing. I tried chatting with their chat bot - there are no options to discuss returning an order. I eventually get to request a representative. They said none are available and to try again another day. Judging from their customer experience, I would not trust this product either.

      We purchased a baby brezza bottle sterilizer and dryer from their official website. This product has significant flaws that cannot be overlooked. We became aware that our baby was rejecting items that had been sterilized using this product. We detected a noticeable difference in the scent of the products. We attempted to rectify the situation by thoroughly cleaning the sterilizer plate every week using both vinegar and descaling agents. However, after observing that our baby was still rejecting items, we started inspecting the plate after each use. Despite our best efforts to clean it thoroughly, the issue persisted. Our friends who use other brands have never encountered this problem even after using their sterilizers multiple times.When we contacted customer support to report the problem, we were met with a rude and unhelpful response. They placed the blame on us and dismissed our concerns. As a result, we have decided to discontinue using this brand altogether.
