    6/12/24 | June 12, 2024 I ordered 3 Double Sausage and Cheese, with no eggs ***************** browns off of the Dunkin' Donuts app for a pickup order at *******************************. I picked the order up around the 7:30PM - 8PM time range heading back to work from my break. Opened the bag, hash browns were fine but I noticed all 3 sandwiches were bone cold as I bit into one. Uncooked... I called the number listed on ****** maps but it said its not in service. Went back the next day or the following, to speak with a supervisor or manager, and the crew members said no one was in. A woman asked me the problem, and I explained the situation. She put two and two together about who was working the night before and called out one of the two men. She explained to him what happened. He realizes the mistake as she and I explain it. His response was about how I didn't want the bread toasted, he assumed that the other guy prepared the food already and his job was to just wrap it up and hand it off. (They were cleaning as I walked in to pick up the order)So because I didn't want my bread toasted, the food wasn't checked and it was just handed off to me uncooked. I emailed customer support multiple times and just got told the usual of "we're sorry this happened, the owner or manager will reach out to you". Over the course of days I've emailed them telling them no one from leadership has contacted me. As of today July 4th, 2024 I still have to not had any type of Communication with whoever they said was supposed to reach out to me. All I'm asking for is a refund for being served non cooked food.
