    We remodeled our kitchen back in 2020, purchased Fabuwood cabinetry, through ****** Cabinets in ********, ** who has since gone out of business. Within the first 2 years the paint started to chip easily and shine like the top coat is worn out. I have tried reach Fabuwood for over a year for a response and was finally told today that was i am seeing is normal wear and tear. There are only 2 seniors using these cabinets and not consta tly, not to mention the paint is supposed to have a 10 year warranty. No one even looked at the cabinets before they assumed normal wear and tear. Fabuwood continues to reject the warranty claims, stating normal wear and tear, and they continue to not stand by their product. Buyer beware.

    Original order placed in September 2024 (paid up front) was supposed to deliver within 2 weeks (as advertised). Then there were backordered items that did not ship until November 7, 2024 including a stacking cabinet that was supposed to be with those backordered items. The stacking cabinet did not ship with the back ordered items. It is now December 9, and Fabuwood delivered the stacking cabinet to the wrong address/company around Dec1, 2024 and takes NO responsibility for bad delivery. A replacement has been ordered, but it still has not arrived. Additionally, cabinets doors/drawers do not match -some are brown tones and some are gray tones (we did not want any gray in our kitchen). Fabuwood will not take responsibility for their poor quality with colors. Contractor is waiting on final cabinet to install rest of kitchen...we missed out on using condo for a wedding on Nov 16 and for Thanksgiving. Now Christmas (a holiday that is also religiously important to us) likely will not happen at our condo. Fabuwood was quick to take tens of thousands of our dollars happily, but in no way takes responsibility!

    We remodeled our kitchen back in 12/2020, purchased Fabuwood cabinetry. . Not even TWO years later the paint started to bubble and chip easily. Fabuwood cabinetry is cheaply made. I baby these cabinets, and they cant withstand normal wear and tear. This product is not suitable for any kitchen. Fabuwood continues to reject the warranty claims, stating normal wear and tear, and they continue to not stand by their product. What a total disappointment! I will never recommend this company again!

    My social security number is being used fraudulently at this company for employment and they are refusing to take action. I am disabled, on a fixed income, and have had my benefits affected by this which is diminishing my ability to fend for myself. The benefits office will not take action until this company writes a letter stating that I am not employed there, but this company refuses to assist.

    Fabuwood is very quick to respond to negative complaints about theyre terrible business practices but its been over 2 months and I still have not received my replacements for the two CRACKED cabinets they sent me, which are the 2nd round of replacements by the way, its been well over a year and today I learned they denied one of the replacements bc the crack isnt severe enough. This is absolutely wild coming from a cabinet company. Anyone whos worked with **** knows any size crack will spread over time and this is a company whose sole business is building wood cabinets. If you scroll down through other complaints youll see someone else with a similar issue and they denied them as well. How is this acceptable? How does it take so long to get replacements? Its disgusting the way Fabuwood conducts itself. Either give me my cabinets in good condition(as per warranty says) or give me my money back. Stop making wait for months to hear any type of reply.

    Its on you to get replacements delivered to the customer in a timely manner, not the dealer. The cabinets are coming directly from your warehouse to my house. I live 40 minutes from where theyre being built. 3-4 months to receive replacements is no ones fault but your own. The low quality control on your products is no ones fault but your own. I still have not received my replacements. I have contacted your customer service. I was told it has to be done through the dealer. Your low quality of customer service is on you as well. You have my name, my address, my order Id, just do the right thing and fix it or refund my money.

    We apologize for your experience as that is not indicative of our product. Please note that as a wholesale company all claims such as below are to be processed with your dealer of purchase. They will be in contact with you regarding the status of any replacements.

    We, Fabuwood, stand by our product and will work with the dealer to rectify any/all manufacturing issues. They will process your claim and update you on status of any/all replacement parts. We will work diligently with them to ensure your concerns are addressed.

    We have also received your phone call and see that the dealer has not assisted in this situation. We have contacted our sales rep for your territory so that he can assist in this case. 

    We did receive an update that he has contacted the dealership you purchased from to reach out to the contractor to resolve this issue.

    We purchased kitchen cabinets from Fabuwood in June of this year (2023). The majority of cabinets were damaged. We documented the damage and had the party who sold ** the kitchen put in a claim. When the replacement set arrived, we hired a second company to install. Upon opening boxes, the majority of cabinets were damaged as well. We again documented and placed a claim. Fabuwood sent out sales rep who verified the damage, documented it again, and put in a request for a third set of cabinets. The third set arrived on 10/30/23. They too are damaged. We documented and submitted pictures to Fabuwood. We have now been without a kitchen for 4 months, 1/3 of the year. We have lost a substantial amount of money as a result - ordering food and hiring multiple contractors to installonly to have to leave because merchandise was damaged. We cannot keep going through this and ask that Fabuwood refund us in full for the cost of the kitchen. For 4 months our life has been a nightmare. Without a kitchen, our entire home is a mess. We are expecting a child and this situation is adding undue stress. We have done everything we can to work with Fabuwood. 4 months and 3 damaged kitchens later, we simply want to be refunded so we can finish the job and get our lives back to normal.

    We are aware of the issues **************** has raised and are in email communications with *********************** to help resolve the issues to his satisfaction under the terms of the applicable Fabuwood warranty. Despite our understanding that ************** is frustrated, the warranty service **************** has received from Fabuwood has been outstanding. ************** has submitted multiple claims which have been diligently and timely responded to by Fabuwoods **************************** In fact,Fabuwood has on 3 separate occasions replaced the items that ************** claimed were defective, most recently on October 30, 2023. Despite having the explicit right under the terms of the warranty to either repair or replace any cabinets that present with a valid warranty claims, Fabuwood has never insisted on repairing any of Mr. ****** cabinets. Fabuwood is still examining Mr. ****** most recent claim and our *************************** is keeping him apprised of our investigation and will continue to provide him updates. With regard to Mr. ****** request for a full refund, Fabuwoods warranty only guarantees that covered defects will be either repaired or replaced. It does not provide for a refund. In addition, ************** did not buy directly from Fabuwood; he purchased ************ through a contractor who purchased them through an authorized Fabuwood dealer; as such, the refund request should be put through the contractor from whom ************** purchased the cabinets, not demanded from Fabuwood.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Fabuwood is neglecting to address the issue at hand, that they have sent 3 sets of damaged cabinets. As such, we have been without a kitchen for nearly 5 months. Outstanding customer service, though I would disagree with such a characterization, does not speak to the glaring problem, that Fabuwood has either poor quality control or a poor product. I also take issue with notion that I claimed there were defects, suggesting that the damages were not verified by Fabuwood when in fact they wereboth by the purchasing contractor, per Fabuwoods claim policy/procedure, and a Fabuwood sales representative, who came to our home. I am also confused by Fabuwoods position that I should ask for a refund from the purchasing contractor. His role was to draft a design and purchase the corresponding cabinets. He has no control over the quality (or lack thereof) of the product or the manner in which the damaged goods should be addressed. He purchased on our behalf from you, Fabuwood, the cabinet producer. Your name is etched into the product, not his. Fabuwoods warranty overlooks good faith and reasonable expectations of product quality and time in which it takes to provide a quality product. In essence, according to Fabuwood, this process could go on indefinitely, meaning that they can keep sending damaged goods until I give up, which seems to be their goal. Fabuwood has failed 3 times over 4 months to deliver what was purchased without defect, the lowest bar of consumer expectation. As a result, we ask for a refund so that we can move and finish our kitchen.

    Purchased Fabuwood kitchen cabinets from a dealer in *******, ** in 2021. Cabinets came in broken and wrong cabinets. Finally received replacement doors and **************** and had contractor install them even though some cabinets were not perfect because it took forever to get the cabinets and we were without a kitchen for months. The end cabinets were scratched so we purchased decorative end panels to cover the imperfections (they should have given them to us for free)!! After installation, we noticed defects in the doors and drawers and contacted the dealer we purchased them from; no response. We then contacted Fabuwood directly and were told that it was "normal". It is not normal to have cracks in the wood!! Also, all the joints on the doors and drawers are separating. Finally a Fabuwood rep came out to look at the cabinets and again, was given excuses and was told "everything is normal"!! We have had doors falling off because the tiny little screws stripped! Probably because the screws are too small for the weight of the doors!! Also, the pullout drawers were falling off because the screws again are too small to hold the weight of anything!! I am in the process of filing a lawsuit against the dealer we purchased the cabinets from along with Fabuwood for selling junk cabinets!!

    order # EZ1018624. not even 6 month past, 36 base cabinet plywood chipping out from bottom, paint chip comes off from no where without touching it on several cabinet door, pull out cabinet making noise that never heard of. there is no manufacture warranty if you called direct to company, they said we are wholesale but we do have have such thing called mfg warranty, and guide me to deal with middle men cut commission and service after sale is over from mfg. i have called 3-5 times and no luck of resolve issue of poorly made cabinet hardly made with 10% of solid wood, falsely advertise all over dealer, mfg and sub ***************. 18k of cabinet came without touchup kit !!. please fix all product defect and replace asap with labor

    I purchased Fabuwood kitchen cabinets through ********************** located in ******* ** the cabinets arrived with various defects , warped doors , poorly painted , frame damage . Replacements were ordered through Decor Kitchen , they arrived with defects as well , I'm now on my 3rd set of replacements , I've been without a kitchen for 6mths . **** at Fabuwood tells me my concerns have to be addressed through Decor Kitchen , Decor Kitchen cries to me about shipping costs related ordering replacements , no cares what this debacle is costing me , I've been patient , its like dealing with the Mafia , no one wants to take accountability all I get is sorry but you'll have to wait 8 weeks for a replacement . I'm done, for the 1st time in 45yrs my wife and I will not be having Thanksgiving Dinner with our family in our home , which is our family tradition . Fabuwood needs to be held accountable for the impact their inferior product can have on consumers .At this point I'm being forced to accept an inferior product so I can get my kitchen up and running . It's a disgrace . I want my money refunded to me .
