    I registered for a BLS (Basic Life Support) course that was a condition of employment. I paid my $83.00. The class was cancelled by this company due to low enrollment but I was not notified of this until I called them because no one showed at the site. I requested a refund and was told that I would receive it within 1-2 business days. It's been over a week and nothing. They are not responding to emails or phone calls.

    Im a registered nurse and I completed a cpr course in June 2022. I received the *** certificate of completion via email. I missed placed the certificate and in need of it for a new job. I called the company to explain my situation and ask for a replacement card and they just hung up on me and refused to answer my calls. I called from another number and he picked up the phone and when he realized it was me he hung the phone up again. I need this information for a new job and I will not be hired if I dont have the *** certification to present to my employer. I need this asap or I could lose my job.
