    They said I have taken a loan and never paid it back. I've been paying $250 a month for 4 years. Never received any paperwork. So I stopped paying and I'm about to block them. And another company said the same thing. And they know I'm paying Professionstar. I believe they are in this together

    On 12/15/23 I received a call stating that they were attempting to collect a debt. I told them I didn't have any delinquent debts. It was a very high pressure call and he said it was from about 10 year's ago, he was unable to tell me what the original debt was for but if I didn't pay the $3600 now I would have to appear in court and pay @ $8000 I tried to get him to send me the court papers but it was so high pressure I ended up paying it. About 45 days later, same guy calls and says he was unable to process the payment because I didn't respond to the courts request for court fees. I never heard anything about court fees and no one tried to contact me. He stated that I needed to pay $3200 in court fees or go to court. I said "return my $ and send the papers, I'll go to court."2/17. Called to say process servers were coming at @ 3:30 with check and court papers. Never showed. Then said they would be at my work by 4:00.. Never showed. 2/28 same guy I'm sure calls at 2:00 and says I have to be at the county clerks office by 4:00 to pick up the check and court papers if I don't settle this matter immediately. Checked the country clerks office, there are no claims or actions on file against me. The original debt as far as I know still hasn't been paid and I haven't gotten my money back! I'm filing this complaint because I can not get anywhere with the man I speak to on their phone. He actually hung up on me on 2/28 /23 My desired outcome would be to return my original $3600 and get to me anything court papers ( if indeed they exit) so that I can settle this case as soon as possible. Thank you.
