Getting delayed on *** payments for no reason. I broke my arm on 2/23/****. I went to my orthopedic doctor on 2/26 and he wrote me a note that I'd be out of work for 3 months. This company seems to be completly ignoring my doctpr's note. I attached what the doctor filled out.

Matrix gave me 6 weeks of *** and stopped. Doctor faxed them more paperwork on 3/11 and since then I'm not getting paid. They need 5-10 business days to review documents.
Meanwhile, I have a broken arm and I'm not getting paid which is difficult.

I called a matrix higher up, Laura who is supervisor of the person working my claim.
I ws told today that I'll only get paid up until my next doctor's visit for now. THis is Matrix's policy?? They need more notes. I mentioned the initial 3 months note. She didn't even seem to know that my arm was still broken and it was just a general frustrating call. She was debating about how much function I have, and it's like, "my arm is still broken".

Looks like I am going to wait weeks again to get paid.
I have a doctor's note that said I was out of work for 3 months which seems totally useless. I WANT THIS PAPERWORK TO BE RECOGNIZED! Since the attached file, I've had surgery because my bone wasn't healing correctly. If anything , I've had setbacks and likely witll be out even longer than the initial plan.

I took short term disability leave and FMLA leave from the dates of 06/26/2023 to 07/10-2023. I am owed short term disability payment from Matrix and every time I try to get into contact with this company I am transferred to another person and always end up getting voicemail and nothing resolved about when I am getting the money I am owed.
