Dear BBB,This complaint against Best Waze Driving School started on March 14, 2024. I called the number I found on ****** and was told by ***************************** that she was working and will text me the appropriate information. Per that text message she said that for 5/6 hours of driving she will charge $375 and she will need $250 deposit to get started. At that point I sent her the deposit and we discussed a date to start the practice driving with my daughter. When I initially called her I explained that my child is 16 and is trying to get her permit. My daughter's first ****** was on April 14, 2024, it lasted for an hour. After that she had 4 subsequent ******s each lasting from 1-2 hours. The balance of the cost was paid on April 29th. On June 15th I asked if my child needed any documentation to get her permit. Her response was "no once she turns 17 she can go (to the ****** This statement implies that she knew my daughter was currently 16.I asked if she ( my child)could drive with us (her parents)and she said yes, but one of (you) has to be in the car with her. Then on June 24th my daughter and I went to the *** , after completing the ******s, and was told that the driving teacher needed to bring the correct documentation to them before a permit could be given. At the time **************** was on vacation and we were about to leave for vacation for the summer. My daughter wanted to practice driving to be prepared for her liscence during the summer. The teacher did not know anything about how to obtain a permit. I told her the process via text and even sent her a picture of the necessary documentation. Since the teacher was on vacation I had to hire a new teacher to complete the process and pay another $400. When I contacted **************** about a refund of some sort she refused and became belligerent and blamed me for the situation. I am asking your assistance in retaining a full or partial refund.
