I went to Seabra's Supermarket on 05/06 located at **** S ****** ***, *********, NJ ***** to do food shopping. After I was done doing my groceries, I went to the line to pay for it. It was only one line and when I got up front the ladies from the register were calling the clients like "Next in Line". Once it got into my turn the lady from the register asked me if I was going to pay with cash or card. I stated "card", and she told me that her line was only accepting "cash". So, the first thing I did I stepped back from the line and I went to the next register so can someone charge me with a card.

That was when the manager "**********" comes into the story. He saw me stepping back from the line and the first thing he asked me was "why I was steeping back from the line". When I tried to explain him the situation, he started to raise his voice at me like I was his child. He wouldn't look into my eyes to have a normal conversation all he was doing was asking the customers behind me if I was in line or not. Because he was trying to make me go back in the end of the line. Supposedly he is one of the managers from the store, I don't know how because he does not know what he is doing. He is very disorganized, and someone that is NOT well prepared to manager a store. After this entire scenario he decided to ring me up. He opened up a register and he started scanning my food in a rush being loud fighting verbally back to me while he was scanning my groceries.

After I paid, I went outside feeling so mentally disturb, embarrassed because I never thought a man from a supermarket would raise his voice to me in the way that he did it. I decided to find out if there was a different manager so I could go back and make a complaint. I went back on a Saturday 05/11 to speak with Antonio. The conversation was between us 3 but ********** started to treat me nasty again calling me a liar in the front of Antonio and nothing was resolved. So now I want to speak with the Owner.
