      On December 9, 2024 I placed an order with the company listed above in this complaint as of January 4, 2025. I have not received my order nor have I received confirmation of my order being mailed out I’ve sent out two emails and called three times to speak to someone regarding this issue I also sent an email requesting for them to cancel the order and request the $20.01 that was debit out of my account to be credited I am currently disputing this transaction with my bank however I have to wait 30 days for resolution I should not have to wait over 30 days to resolve this issue and I should not have to wait longer than I was expected to wait for an item to be mailed out to me I’m requesting the BBB To reach out to the merchant for I have been unsuccessful in reaching out to the merchant and getting this issue resolved I am requesting a refund or for the merchant to mail out the items that I purchased immediately

      Order 2 candles on October 27, 2024. Order #***** was processed on the 28th of October. On November 8th I emailed as asked to provide tracking information because the app they suggested I download to provide the tracking information did not provide any tracking information. On the 9th of November I sent a ******** instant message and was autoreplied with a message stating that if the message was regarding an order please send email. I responded that I had sent an email and there was no response. On November 11th I checked the Shop app and it stated that the package was delivered 2 hours ago. I work from home. No package was delivered and no tracking information supplied. I contacted, via email, Yeyeo once again. No response. On November 12th I called and left a number for them to call me back. I have yet to get a response back. I have not dealt with a company with such poor communication that wasn't a scam. I would like my money refunded.

      I make a order from Yeyeo Botanica's online shop. I shop with many online spiritual shops owned by many different minority groups. I have included photos. Every candle I ordered was wrapped once in bubble wrap. The packing peanuts as shown where minimal. Any time with any other business anything glass is wrapped in in multiple layers of bubble wrap. The packing peanuts are so full I have to get an extra trash bag to throw them out. Nothing is ever broken. Every other business if I am ordering something made of glass either has a Fragile sticker from the post office placed on the box. I included photos of the box. There is no Fragile sticker or even the work Fragile written on the box in marker. Every single, what they call 7 day candle, was smashed absolutely shattered. I included my order list as the have requested a copy. I have requested a refund for the broken candles. The uncrossing candle, open road candle, protection candle, lucky dragon candle, and jinx removing candle. I have not heard from this company since July 30, 2024. I could have made a fuss about the powders not being sealed, which I also included an image of that. I was more concerned that I opened a box of shattered glass and cut myself. Glass got all over my carpet, I was barefoot, I have pets. I just want a refund on the candles. No replacements. I have seen how they package thing. I got injured and have a box of broken candles and blood that I can not use. I do not want to go near the box I have ITP. I don't make blood clots, low blood platelets. I'm not risking another cut. I made them aware of the situation and how dangerous it is. They can't promise me no one else will get hurt. They can refund my money. They might be a small business but smaller business one staff member can return my emails other places, same day, do refunds in under a week, package a Fragile product better. What are we doing? If they can't run the online business and make it safe then don't. I just want my money back

      The businesses' ******* channel has a video up that advocates for the smoking of Mugwort, while advertising the fact that the store sells it. If used incorrectly, Mugwort can cause poisoning, hallucinations, and abortions. None of these warnings are present. This store spreads misinformation, is dangerously unprofessional, and should not be allowed to continue operating in this way.Video: *******************************************
